Resources from CommonHealth

The Commons Project

The Commons Project’s mission is to build digital platforms and services that put people’s interests first. We want platforms that are safe, respectful, and serve the goals of better health, increased civic participation, access to knowledge, and financial inclusion.

We believe that solving these problems the right way demands a new type of organization. Our 501(c)(3) non-profit public trust brings together mission driven investors and entrepreneurial teams to deliver best in class technology free from third party financial interests.
CommonHealth Product Overview
CommonHealth is the Android platform that enables people to collect and manage their personal health data and share it with the health services, organizations and apps they trust. It is an open-source, non-profit service of The Commons Project, a public trust established with support from the Rockefeller Foundation to build digital services that put people first. CommonHealth is being developed in partnership with UCSF (University of California, San Francisco), Cornell Tech, Sage Bionetworks, and Open mHealth.
